What next? M.Sc or MBA - Classical question in new situation

Hello everybody,

What next? M.Sc or MBA? This question for sure is too classical for all of seniors in this forum but I still wanna receive your advices for my situation! I'm so thankful for all of your advices even it's good or bad!!

At first, I'm an Electrical Engineer 2 years of exp (1 in VN, 1 in Thailand), graduated from one of the best Vietnam university (but no meaning in this world) and I'm now working for one of the best EPC company in Bangkok, Thailand focusing on Chemical, Power Plant, Solar Farm,...

My questions are:
- Will GE, Seimens,... like me when I have 3,4 or 5 years of exp in my current company? What if I have a MBA degree? Which position should I follow up to get higher level of management in about next 10 years? Assuming that I'm a little bit clever, hardworking.
- To me a manager in next 5 or 6 years, should I choose MBA or M.Sc?

Some people get MBA then they jump to some kind of finance analysis or something that does not relate to their exp. So, in my opinion they cant go high in management ladder. It also means their benefit is also not high. How do you think?

My situation can be summarized as following:
- 2 years of exp (1 in Vn, 1 in Thailand)
- Knowledge in detail of Electrical System in Plants in design term: 40%
(General knowledge: 100%)
- Dreaming about jumping to a electrical equipment manufacturing or distribution company (GE, Schneider, ABB, Siemens,...) but I dont know which position is suitable for me :|

My plan is as following:
- I want to move Singapore or a developed country because the benefit in developing country is very low and the living standard is also not high. If Singapore, I will move when I have about 3 years of exp.
- I'm trying to take MBA or M.Sc from the year that I have 3 years of exp.

Explanation for some of my points:
- Why always manager? Manager means benefit. I dont wanna be a manager in western country because I think there's racism for sure.
- Why Singapore? They are also Asian people.
- Why developed country then Singapore? Because after working in developed country and I go to Singapore, for sure my benefit will be higher than the local people, my life would be more easier.
- Why MBA or M.Sc? Actually I prefer to achieve some kind of scholarships, because I dont have enough money for go to college by myself. And scholarship for M.Sc is easier than MBA. But if MBA creates a clearer way, it's better if MBA.
