<p>like, 1% not even. Oh and they don't try and get anyone to do it. They joke about making friends do it but they would never force anyone to.</p>

<p>pretty much just the stoners that no one likes. so no, they don't try to get anyone hooked because they know that no one likes them.</p>

<p>Almost everyone drinks here. Marijuana is also big, but not so much as drinking. Sadly, coke and X are on the rise here, especially amongst the younger ones. =(</p>
<p>im gonna say about 20%, we have a corner across from our school(off the grounds) where they sit there and smoke during lunch, everyday, and for drinking, i would say like 90% have been drunk during their high school years.</p>
<p>Not many at my school. We're all a bunch of nerds, so maybe less than 5% actually do drugs.</p>

<p>I have no real data, but I would say about 70% total. Most freshman don't start too early so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. No "hard" drugs, at least it is the minority.</p>

<p>haha i'm in the 8th grade and live in a tough town even though it's a suberb outside of boston made up 97% of middle class whites... This kid in my class makes a business out of himself by selling his mom's prescriptions and birth control stuff. A lot of kids do prescriptions...sounds lame lol but that's all they have...</p>

<p>Old high school: EASILY 95% were hooked on something other then just pot.
New high school: ~10% on drugs and about 20% smoke cause there's a new smoking trend. It makes me sick.</p>
<p>haha smoking's popular starting in the 6th grade here.. & so is self mutilation in the bathrooms...</p>
<p>Yeah but all of a sudden it's like the "in" thing. Plus we have to walk between buildings to go to classes and the smoking is horrible. I wanna punch people in front of me who are blowing smoke back in my face.</p>
<p>A lot of the kids drink, few smoke, and only a couple (that I know of) take drugs. Most don't really try to push it on others though (keep demand low so prices stay low!).</p>
<p>um where do you people go to school? Private school?</p>
<p>my school... probably 75% smoke weed, 80% drink, and 90-95% do at least one of the two.</p>
