Well I dont go to a great school but i guess ill list some:
Depauw(top tier LAC, close to top 25)
Wisconsin-Madison
West Point
Princeton
Notre Dame
Georgetown

..Im sure there are more but thats all i know about

40% of kids (30-something/85) from my NY independent school are going to an ivy next year (6 to Harvard)...it's kind of gross how prestige-obsessed everyone is. I'm headed to Pomona next year and can't wait to escape this Northeast, old money, close-mindedness. Yay!

we should also mention city/state of the high school - would give a better pic

Updating

Harvard (1)
Princeton (2, one was a lacrosse player)
Penn (a bunch, like seven or eight now)
Stanford (3, me, a runner, and a football player)
Darthmouth (1, lacrosse)
Cornell (at least three)
Northwestern (one)
Syracuse (at least one)
BC (a lot -- we're a Jesuit school and send a lot of kids to Jesuit schools)
Georgetown (a lot)

Don't know the numbers for these:
Villanova
Notre Dame
USC
Carnegie-Mellon

out of a graduating class of 350! not good...

I was at a high school in a smallish town in IL for a music competition last year, and most all of the seniors were going to go to the same community college down the road. The one good school was Notre Dame (1 student would be attending). Not too good. . .

I am homeschooled, so it is 1 out of 1 going to the University of Chicago. Pretty good. :)

We actually fared really well as a class.

I think one of the best classes in the country year after year is Delbarton school in NJ. I go to school a few miles from there and I have many friends from there.

They have made recent headlines with the main suspect in the duke lax scandal being an alumnus.

13 kids to Georgetown last year, 12 to Villanova. About 3 years ago, 7 to Harvard. 14 to Notre Dame 2 years ago.

The school is 100 BOYS per class. Straight Nasty.

harmon- do you go to shp?

yeah, it's really unfortunate what's happening at duke. too bad delbarton's name has to get dragged through the mud too.

Our valedictorian was accepted at Harvard and Yale.
Our salutatorian was accepted at Harvard, but I'm pretty sure he's going to Michigan.
The other top 2 10% people (only 4 of them, super tiny class of 43) are going to Bowdoin and Michigan.

I'd say that 40% of their class applied to WUSTL and 80% of them were accepted, the other 20% waitlisted. Our school has great luck there.

We've had 3 acceptances at Harvard this year. That's all I know of super special.

Most of our kids are going to Michigan.
