by the way I go to northport (#10)

i want to make at least $100,000 (too bad i cant pursue research on nuclear fussion by myself, that would = rich as ****)

i also want to have a spouse who makes as much that would be perfect

Screw Upper Arlington (we compete against them every year and lose half the time). It is interesting to note that somebodynew's school is #3 in the country.

my fiance and i currently live in manhattan. we would stay here forever and even raise our future kids here--IF we made at least half a million dollars a year. But even with our combined incomes (he's a doctor and i'm a teacher), I don't think we would be able to live the lifestyle we desire.

otherwise, if we moved back to ohio where we're both from, a minimum salary of 200k would keep us pretty happy.

The jobs I want to have start at 500,000-600,000 and then they'll increase over time.

I need about $10.00. :D

well I hope when I graduate college and I'm on my own, I start at 75,000+. When I get married, I would like 200,000+, and when I have kids I will be a stay at home mom and my husband would ideally make 800,000+.

I'll be happy with $2mil NET of taxes.

I know...that means I have to make like $4mil. Oh well.

Well I need that much money (probably more) to support the opulent lifestyle I want. And that's a realistic estimate considering I plan to go into investment banking.

I'm fine with somewhere between 50,000-100,000 as long as I'm able to sustain my life although I don't mind pushing the figures a little further. Still, I don't need a lot of money to be extra happy.

I'd like to start at somewhere around 40k, after experience 70k - 80k sounds nice. I know people in the area I work don't make a lot (well, what I consider a lot) until they have a bunch of experience. I'd also like to live in a little house in the country, so the cost of living would definately be cheaper than it is here. :P

$55K starting, $75K within 3-5 years. If I made $100K+ i'd be very happy.

What kind of job starts at 500k? Even the big ones like i-banking, pe, and trading start at around 100k. Entrepreneurs have huge earning potential, but 500k the first year?

Well where I live houses are really expensive, so you pretty much need a combined income of at least 200,00+ to live here...my parents make more and I hope to make 1,000,000+ lol

dude. i think everyone is pretty unrealistic. there is no way you can earn that much out of college. heck, the people from harvard barely have 6 digit sums.

something around the $300,000 +

I need about $10.00.

Do I need to go lower? Five? Seven-fifty? :D

Depends on job. I am optimistically happy about living four-five years on grad. student stipend and hungry post-doc fellowships but wouldn't work in, say, medicine for low payments.

how about $2.00. thats low nuff.

all of you are so much more realistic than what I want- I don't want to make any money at all...I just want to win a huge lottery and chill for the rest of my life. Anyone else agree?

starting at 50k would be awesome imo ):

and heck yeah, winning the lottery would be awesome
