what sat score do you guys think i'd need to be competitive and have a good shot

i have a 3.82 cumulative and i am up to the 2nd semester of junior year.
hoping to have that around 3.85 by ED time
what sat score would i need
i know a lot of other aspects are taken into consideration, but with sat and gpa being very important what should i have at least?

SAT: 1300-1470
ACT: 29-33
Uw 3.75+

but realistically speaking hyou have bad chances with a low 1300...what about high 1300 llike 1380 to low 1400 like 1410 with good extracurriculars, recs, essay

i think for ED, 1350+ should be enough to get through the cut off range. I saw several people gettting in ED with 2000s and high 1900s. For RD i assume at least 1400+ to have a good shot.

if i get in ED II tomorrow, then i'll be another proof that a 31 ACT score is high enough to get in Emory.

ya..... SAT scores seriously only account for so much (unless your applying to the scholars program cuz then its all grades and scores from then on) but anyways, I got in ED with a 1910 which is like a 29ish on the ACTs so there are other factors that can boost your chances.

i got in, so here's your proof.

is a 1980 good for RD? (or 31 act?)

31 ACT is good enough for RD

don't worry about the sat too much. I got in with 1850 but that was my only weakness in my app. Just make sure you demostrate interest in Emory, take the hardest courses in your high school and excel in your EC's.

sry, actually i got a 1950. unless you have stellar ec's,recs then you need to have at least 2100.

I got in RD with only a 1290 SAT (well 2050, but writing didn't count) so I'm proof that you can get in with SATs under the range...
