The reason Im asking is that my math and english both went down in Dec test, but my reading and science went up. My composite is up 2 points, but do colleges care about certain sections more than others? Like would they maybe rather see a higher math and Eng score with a lower composite than a lower math and english with higher composite?

It depends on your major. If you are majoring in English, they'll want high English and Reading scores. If you are majoring in electrical engineering, they'll want high Math and Science scores. This doesn't mean they will ignore the other scores, however.

So if Im selecting biology as my intended major and being in premed, would they want to see high math and science scores?

Yes, for a science major they would usually want to see a high math or science score. For a journalism major then they would obviously want a high english and reading score. I would also contact the specific schools and see if they combine ACT subscores from multiple tests. That way you could maybe try to get high science and math on one and then high english and reading on the other, resulting in a substantially higher ACT score.
