what should i do about my reccs??

I am definitely getting either my 11th or 10th grade english teacher, both are great teachers who have seen me improve as a writer.

I want a recc from a history teacher because i'm a prospective history major and my main EC is national history day

my options for the second letter are:
A) senior year history teacher: **one of the co-advisors of national history day but has been on maternity leave for the past yearish. has kind of a boring personality. i feel like she would write a good recc but it would be blah. i've only had class with her for a week so far so she hasnt seen any tests or long/indepth essays (only a short essay). i'm not sure if I want to apply EA yet, but if I do I don't have much time to ask for a recc and idk if she will have known me long enough to write about me as a student (although she would write about me in national history day).
**B) freshman year history teacher:
the other co-advisor of national history day. has known me since 9th grade AP World History. I know her more on a personal level/talk to her outside of class, and she knows a lot about my involvement in national history day. i feel like she'd write a more dynamic recommendation than the other history teacher
C) sophomore and junior year math teacher: math is my weakest subject so I have to work hard at it, go to a lot of extra help, etc. I managed to get the highest grade on the midterm sophomore year (but a B+for the year) and a 5 on the AP exam junior year. the only downside is that during class i was often tired/talking, but he liked that I always went to extra help and when I saw him this year he was really happy (he got my grade over the summer haha)

i would like to ask B but I'm not sure beacuse everywhere i read it says you should stick to 11/12th grade teachers and that colleges dont want to see 9th grade teachers. So i think I might ask C for a recc and B for a supplemental recc.
But some colleges (like yale) say that they discourage more than 2 reccs (they also say its a bad idea to ask a 9th grade teacher). in that case idk if I should use B as my 2nd rec or just submit more than 2 reccs anyway. I don't want to seem like I'm ignorant of their advice.

any ideas?

why do you want your 9th grade teacher?
If its a great reason or you are positive you will get a great rec do 3 otherwise just do choice C.

good luck

i want the 9th grade teacher because i've know her better than the others and have known her for 4 years and she is the advisor of National History Day and can speak of my participation and the strength of my NHD projects and such
