What should I do sophomore year?

Hello there! Please take the time to answer this thread. I truly appreciate it and thank you. :)

So, i'm not going to tell you what i plan to do, because you never know for sure if it'll happen right? Plus I would like to hear your advice for me without my input.

So right now I'm ranked about 39/473. yes, I'll work on that. I also am in the Gifted program and skipped first grade but for Harvard that's nothing special.

Extracurriculars:
Secretary of East Asian Club (president next year)
marching band (I quit)
women's choir (I may quit this too- depends if my teacher asks me to join again)
Student Government
Wilson Writers' Club (started it)
Class representative (not sure if they're doing this again

Activities (outside of school):
writer and photographer for a teen section in the local newspaper (starting this year)
a writing program (starting this year)
church choir
guest staff (for church)

Awards:
3rd place essay contest (local)
3rd place Chinese essay contest (not sure how wide it is...)
1st place poetry contest (statewide)
citation and honorable mention in a poetry contest (same one)
plus I ranked 18th in my division in a national French test

so that's what I have from freshman year. Advice? Thanks

I think you are doing perfectly fine. This sounds like more than enough. Keep up the work, tweek you rank a little (ten places or so), and focus on the activities that you actually want to do. Trust me, my older sister got into Harvard with about the same things.

Thanks  I just feel a bit exhausted and I don’t want to overdo it.
