What should i do?

hi,
I am a student studying A levels in Bangladesh.
I Have an excellent academic record(14 A*s in IGCSE)but,my only problem is my transcript.
I wasn't really a slacker, but I didnt just like school.I always got Highest marks in the final paper but my class assessment was always poor(I have a constant GPA of 2.9 in Grades 9 and 10).
I just love to learn.Thats why I never like ciricullised learning at all.I read and try to learn. My parents taught me a lot. Also I almost allthe time have Khan Academy to get over difficult concepts.

Now,many might think me a nerd.But I am not one(maybe?)
I am the leader of this band.We are 4 friends who love music.Everyone says we are awesome,we also won a lot of prizes and such.
Also,I am the editor of a local children newspaper, and have volunteered profusely for a childrens organization.I also won a few prices for volunteering.
I work part time at this music cum Movie store(these are my chief interests).
I am now currently started this investment firm(just me and close friends,we invested the savings and made a good amount of profit in this time.

So,what do u think I should do?I have got my A'levels But still cant concentrate on School.I am stuck as the old me and I am just reading and reading random stuff.
Should I force myself to go back full time to school?

As a fellow Bangladeshi and a prospective US applicant I strongly recommend you to go back to school. My reasoning is as follows:

If you are looking to apply to US, your transcripts consist of your school grades, school exam results, class rank (if provided) and board exam results. A very strong board exam won’t make up for lackluster school performance. How you perform at school is an indication of how you will perform at university level. if you are looking at UK, Canada or even Bangladesh then I guess it will probably not matter.

I don’t you get the same extracurricular opportunities as a homeschooled student or as a schoool student. Remember homeschooled applicants have their extracurriculars more heavily scrutinised. A lot of your activities are outside school which cannot be verified through your school adminstration.

I understand your frustation with school but trust me going to school is the best thing to do.

BTW congrats on your commendable O Level results. Are you from Dhaka? :)

And i figured out i calculated my Gpa wrong
I counted A s being a 3,and A+ being a 4
Its supposed to be on 5 right?
Then MyGPA is aronud
3.5
does this improve things

And DarthSpawnus are you in a english medium school?

Don’t convert your grades to American style GPA. US colleges get applications from many international schools every year so they know how to read your transcripts and interpret your grades.

Yes, I am from an English Medium School.
