Hi, I'm a senior in High School and I'm looking to apply for the fall 2012 semester. I have a 3.8 GPA, but I only got a 20 composite score on my ACT.. I'm looking to apply to USF, PBAU, and PBSC mostly. Can I get into USF or PBAU with my score? Should I start applying? Or should I try and start studying for the SAT, or just stick with studying for the ACT again? Please help.

Middle 50% for:
PBAU= 20-26
USF (I’ll assume South Florida)= 22-27

Study again and retake it in February (if possible). If not, just submit it and write excellent essays and get awesome recs.

Okay thanks. I’ve studied the ACT prep book and the online help. I’m considering buying the Princeton Review online course, do you know if it’d be worth it or is there a better way to study for it again?

Make sure that college apps are due after you get scores back! Make SURE!! If you think you can take the test in Feb and still get apps in try it again. I would do the testmasters online courses, I bought the SAT ones and they were fairly helpful, so try the ACT ones!
