What should i do?

I am currently a high school senior in Michigan planning on going to either Wayne State University or Michigan State University in hopes of studying Medicine. i am currently leaning on Wayne on financial grounds, but i hope that the answer to these questions will help me make the final decision.

Is it possible for me to attend an Ivy Med School with a degree from either of these two universities? Spcifically, i am talking about Harvard, Yale or Cornell. I am prepared to go study VERY hard if it is possible.

What about a top Medical University OUTSIDE the State of Michigan, such as Georgetown, Duke and George Washington?

Basically, what i am asking is which of these "paths" should i take?
- I attend Wayne State University and apply to one of those schools
- I attend Wayne State and transfer to MSU after two years and then apply
- I attend Michigan State university and apply.

I understand the amount of work i willl have to put in, and any answers will strengthen my commitments

Personal Profile:
- South Asian Male
- 31 ACT
- 3.3 GPA
- Planning on taking PreMed courses, but not a premed major.

please respond, and if there is any confusion, please say so and i will clarify.

Well idk a whole lot about how medical schools view where your undergrad work is completed. Assuming it is the same as most other professional schools like law, I don’t think it matters where you go. Ivy leagues and other tip tier schools want students who are going to be successful, regardless of where you go as long as you express this quality you should be looking good for admission. Go to the school that best fits you, don’t make yourself fit the school. Try not to worry about $ at this point… you will make plenty once your out!
