What should I study for the Chemistry placement test?

The last chem class that I took was accelerated chemistry in sophomore year. I don't remember much, but I think that if i read some material, I could get a much better grasp.

Are there any online/print resources that I could use to help me out here? I don't want to go into the test and blow it just because I'm bewildered by the material.

Can anyone give me a hand?

It's almost all stoich. Really, really easy. I didn't study at all and was in the same situation you are.. If you know that then you're fine. Plus you can go into whatever class you want (unless it's acc but only if you're a chem major should you do that) regardless of score. WAY low gets placed in chem 101. Then normal is 102. AP can get you 104 but don't do that unless youre using it for gen eds really. 202 is for chemE, chem, biochem majors.

From what I hear, you need probably basic Stoich and balancing equations and maybe even a little basic trivia, it's really easy .. supposedly.

is there a certain date we have to take the placement tests by?

yes it came on the packet in the mail, but you should be able to find it online. <a href="http://www.cte.uiuc.edu/dme/placement/index.htm%5B/url%5D">http://www.cte.uiuc.edu/dme/placement/index.htm</a>. Haha, it's pretty soon.
