I am preparing for SSAT but there are too many books that I could buy. Which one should I buy ? Which vocabulary book should I buy ?

All of them.

Good one, kitty. I don't remember which one we used, but I also had my son use a PSAT book we had hanging around. He definitely thought it was helpful. I purchased one of the "Word Smart" books which were recommended on this site. While my son did not choose to use it and still scored well (85 verbal/91 reading), I love it and find it to be great "bathroom" reading....sorry if that is not a pc thing to say!

So i should buy all prep books ? Will it be helpful to use a lot of different prep books at a moment ?

Well, since I don't have enough money to buy all the prep books and the time to look at all of them, I just managed to get 2 prep books from the Princeton review and Barron and "Word smart". Are these good?

I know the other two are good but I have heard that Barron is "riddled with errors" watch out :S!

Is the Kaplan one is better than the Princeton review one ?

i prefer princeton review.. in my opinion get kaplan and princeton, that is what i have. princeton is more structured studying but kaplan is super-informative

hey Son, nice seeing you here, I'm Tien if you remember, I got the TOEFL score. I cannot inform you through Yahoo because I am having some trouble with it; however, as I have promised to tell you my score, here it is:R:29, L:29, W:29 and S:24--> total:111. How is your study in the US?
