what the crap is this "who's who" thing?

<p>i got it in the mail, mom wants me to fill it out, i've read about it on this board before enough to get the impression that its Bull, and tht i wont get any scholarship money out of it or anything. is it even worth filling out? or just junk mail? thanks</p>

<p>it doesnt really lead to a legitimate scholarship or anything, and the award means nothing. however, as long as you dont get talked into buying the book or anything it's harmless. meaningless, but nothing bad happens if you fill it out.</p>

<p>10 minutes to put name, address, and accomplishments plus $3.50 and stamp could yield you $1000 to your tuition. Don't even need to buy the book. Considering the other forms & essay writing on other competitive scholarships, this is real, real simple and easy. The give out 200 scholarships/yr at $1000 apiece with a grand winner and first prize winner at much higher amount. </p>
