<p>no, not as far as i know. I actually didn't even put it in any of my applications lol and it didn't make any difference. I doubt it would've even mattered had I put it in. </p>

<p>These "who's who" books are generally just a money-making venture for the publishers. Even if they give out some scholarships, it can be next to nothing compared to the amount of money they take in. An 'award' that's offered to almost anyone doesn't mean anything. I wouldn't give them any money and wouldn't register my personal info with them.</p>
<p>Actually, any scholarship mailings/solicitations you get that require or suggest money be paid to them should be trashed. Any good scholarship won't require any fees of any kind.</p>
