Simple enough question. What do you bring to eat or snack on during those 5 minute breaks? I know I'm always starving by the end of the test so I'm bringing something with some sustenance, not quite sure what though.

Bring some home-made sandwiches and water or coke ;)

Those miniboxes of cereal usually contain lots of fiber.

Bring something with carbs.
I don’t recommend crackers because they suck the moisture from your mouth.

Try something that doesn’t leave your hands sticky also. A banana is good.

Bahahhaa. The SAT isn;t a marathon, I don’t understand why you need to eat snacks when the things only about 4 hours long.

Illegal substances.

natim- I can’t eat breakfast that early in the morning. I’m starving by lunchtime.

I usually have a powerbar, a banana, and a bottle of gatorade. also bring some chocolate or candy, like a bag of skittles. try to wake up earlier so you can eat a good breakfast that will help you concentrate throughout the whole day. I’m gonna make some eggs with bacon (or some form of protein; whatever your preference) and maybe some bread or bagels along with it. Drink a glass of milk or orange juice as well. If you have a good breakfast, you won’t have to worry about starving or losing concentration during the test.

I’d bring a Tiger’s Milk Bar, Banana, Nutrigrain Bar, Nature’s Valley Bar, and a Capri Sun or Carton of milk to drink before the test I like to eat.
