What to do about a (VERY) poor subject test scores? Does one score outweigh the other?

Here are my awful (except for one) subject test scores:

780 Bio E (i wish it was physics or chem since bio, especially ecology is like Math I in school's eyes .__. but I'm thankful that I didn't crap out on this one)
650 Chem (I was a naive booger in 10th grade and didn't study for my first ever subject test.)
690 US History (Like if only it was 700 then I wouldn't be AS devastated, though not by much)

My time is basically up, because I'm taking the October SAT I. I want to apply to UPENN's School of Nursing (literally my dream school, but obviously my scores won't cut it at this point.) So here are my questions:

If I get a SAT score 2200+ and submit all of my subject tests (I have to submit chemistry because school or nursing recommends it D; ) will my SAT I score outweigh my subject test scores?

If I have a 2100+ on my SAT I, submit all of my subject tests, and get a 5 on my AP US History (def feel good about the AP) will my 5 outweigh my crappy subject test score?

If i have a 2100+ on my SAT I, retake the US history subject test in November (yes past the due date) and get a 700+ (700 being the minimum) and submit it later than the rest of my application (of course still showing the bad scores), do you think UPENN might reconsider?

Should I just focus on ACT? I took my first one in June and I'm waiting for my scores, but I didn't prepare at all for it and don't think it will be better than my SAT unless I magically did okay on the science section.

Sorry I didn't mean this to be a "what are my chances for getting into UPENN"? I'm just curious about whether some scores will outweigh the others.

I also got a 690 on USH and it really sucks cause it’s so close to a 700… Anyway, if you do decide to take the ACT, the science on the test is pretty basic and mostly reading comprehension. So if you’re generally good at science and math, you’ll probably get a high score. Why can’t you just retake Chemistry ?

Penn requires either taking the SAT I + 2 subject tests OR ACT + writing. Do whichever you one you think you’ll get a higher score on.

The average ACT score for UPENN is 32

“Penn like all the Ivies has holistic admissions, so students who shine in other areas can get accepted even if their gpa or test scores are a little less than ideal. Students who reveal some kind of remarkable talent or have a compelling story to tell will often get a close look even if grades and test scores are a slightly below the norm.”

@piper7997‌ Thank you!

As much as it is comforting to hear about the holistic approach that the Ivies claim to have, I don’t think they’re as holistic as they claim to be. Still, very reassuring.
