So we had a practice AP exam for our mid term in AP Lang which I got a 3 on and missed a 4 by a few points. Recently I took another practice exam and totally bombed it which means I'm currently freaking out about how to study for this exam. How do you guys recommend to study? I have a 5 steps to a 5 book which I will read but other then that I'm not to sure what to do. I'm shooting for a 4 but I'd still be happy with a 3. English is my weakest subject =/

You could ask your teacher and ask them what you should do. They probably know best what you need to work on (if you don’t know it yourself) and/or know which prep books are helpful because there’s a high chance they themselves are ap test graders.
I heard the actual test is easier so don’t worry too much about it. (:

Improve on essay writing since they’re 55% of your grade. Getting 7’s and 8’s can guaranteed you a 4 on the AP Exam, maybe a 5 if you do well on the MC.

I would ask my teacher but she got in a car accident when we got back from winter break. Our new sub has never taught an AP class before. Thank God the actual exam is easier.
