Winter quarter is almost about to start and I'm in a dilemma, sorta. I currently have Johnson waitlisted for Chem 6b and I'm 2nd. I'm a bit nervous on whether I will get into that class because I haven't moved in almost a month. I want to know whether I should stay on the waitlist or just enroll in another prof's class.

If someone can give me their experiences/thoughts on Muller or Brydges, that'd be great!

So, in short, should I stay on the waitlist or just enroll in another prof and if it's another prof, should it be Muller or Brydges?

you will have no problem getting into that class. There are always people who end up dropping the class by the first midterm so you will be able to get in. Just get an add card and have Johnson sign it. She signed one for me when I took it 3 years ago

that's funny, 'cause the chem department doesn't observe add card registration (like math). she might've said it if it was her first quarter teaching (fall 2004), but it won't work this time.

Don't worry that the list hasn't moved in a month. Why would anyone have dropped courses over the last month? The quarter hasn't even started yet. People usually don't drop a course they've enrolled in until after it starts. :)

As for the add card thing, that might have changed with the new waitlisting policies. Math doesn't have their add/drop thing that they used to either.
