What to do during Post-Senior Summer?

Hey all,

So I’ll be a graduating senior this year!
I was accepted to a great college EA so I am now wondering what to do over the summer. Though it’s certainly good to get a breath from 4 years of high school, I still want to do something amazing over the 3 months I have before plunging into undergrad!

Here are some things about me:
Last summer, I went to a research-focused summer program/camp (sub 10% acceptance rate/selective applications).
I am a STEM-focused guy, but I also interest myself a lot in politics activities and writing groups.
I have taken Analysis courses from 2nd/3rd year undergrad for math, taken all AP sciences, both history APs. I qualified for USAMO during past 2 years but sadly can’t even begin to do well enough to think of MOP.

The summer before, I did some politics volunteering and tutoring at my library.

I realize that it’s pretty late now to apply to most summer programs, so I’m open to many things.
What I’m really looking for is something intellectual and prestigious (so NOT one of those pay hefty money summer programs at colleges). I really prefer something like TASP, but I could not apply earlier in the year as I was a senior and they only take juniors. I would prefer something intellectual in humanities and TASP was really well-known in that respect, and my primary interest would be some research or science thing as well.

Would anyone have any suggestions? Hopefully some programs that are still open! I would love if I could do applications over March break.

I just DON’T want to waste my last summer before college!

Anyone have any past experiences that were good? Thanks – I’m open to all!
