I ordered a copy of my score about half a year ago, and they hadn't send it after a while so I phoned them up again asking about it, and they said they'd escalate to a higher tier and call me back within 5-10 business days. I waited a month and they never called back, so I gave 'em another buzz and they seemed clueless. I figured if I just get a refund on this one and order another copy, it might do better, but to this day they still haven't sent it. I've had a school call them but they refused to release any information to a school.

you need to put your requests in writing (email is OK), and make sure you get a response in writing.

If you do call, get the full name of the person that you spoke with and keep a log of the dates/times you have called.

If you can not get one sent, keep emailing until you know it has been sent/received by the school.

Another idea is to ask to have a copy sent to your home. Do not open the envelope. Forward the sealed envelope on to who ever you are trying to get the info sent to. As long as the envelope is not open, many colleges will accept it as an offical transcript.

You really got no where on the phone? I am very surprised at that. If you paid by credit card, call the cc company and explain what happened. You should be credited for service not provided. You may want to re-send the score now if you get no satisfaction with Collegeboard and try to get refund for 1st sent scores later. I’m assuming the school needs the score.
