What to do in the next two years to get into Wellesley?

I'm in the first month of my sophomore year in high school right now. I visited Wellesley this summer and I absolutely fell in love- the campus is beautiful, I love the all-girls aspect, and they have great programs and culture. I really want to get in (maybe apply early decision?) but I don't know if I could with my grades and ECs-- I was wondering if anyone had advice for what to do starting now to improve my chances?
P.S. I go to an IB school so I'll be starting the diploma program next year.

My GPA is around 3.6 unweighted from last year but I'm getting better grades this year.

I'm an editor of the school newspaper
I'm president of the sailing club (we're working to found our own team)
I sail through the summer at my yacht club and do regattas around my state, and this summer I did a junior olympic-level all-women's event...I also sail in the spring on a sailing team from another school and I did a regatta in Newport for the fall with a fall sailing program.
I'm part of a project to build a boat at the local maritime museum.
I play alto saxophone in the school jazz band, jazz combo, and in the pit orchestra for the school play, and I also play in an adults/teens jazz combo at the local conservatory(I've been playing since fourth grade)
I run a book review/ creative writing blog that I'm trying to build.
I'm figuring out exchange programs for France for maybe a semester and a summer.
I was part of a human rights project at my school last year and I'm on the planning committee for the Human Rights Commission of my county.

I'm looking at these forums for Wellesley and everyone has such great resumes, so I don't know how much of a chance I stand. I really love writing though, and it's something that I've been doing since I was little- I've heard Wellesley really appreciates people that like to write. I want to try to improve my grades and ECs while there's still time.

I'd love to hear thoughts and advice!

You’re off to an excellent start, academically as well as from an extracurricular standpoint. Wellesley values students who have something unique to contribute to the school - they want to know who you are, what makes you “tick” and what you’ll bring to the table. And as you correctly pointed out, Wellesley places a premium on strong writing skills. I believe my daughter’s application essays made all the difference. She had very good grades and test scores along with a nice portfolio of EC’s, but it was really her writing that allowed her to stand out. So please be sure to focus on this aspect while at the same time doing everything possible to shine academically. Much luck to you, I’m sure you’ll be a strong candidate.
