Anyways... I've been sending her emails regarding some issues about the class (attendance grade... I'm sure I was there and signed the check in list, yet she marked me absent & about my final paper).

I already went to office hours last week and she said everything will be fine. My email hasn't been replied in like 7-9 days already... I'm really annoyed/stressed out now since those absences would total up to be around 10% of my grade...

Any help? I don't want to email the professor just yet in case this GSI starts holding a grudge on me while she grades my paper...

tl:dr... if she insists that I was absent during those days, can I do anything about it? I'm 110% positive that I signed my name on all the dates listed on that check-in list.

Agree with atable. Email or talk to the professor about your GSI’s lack of response: “I understand [GSI name] is busy, but I still have not gotten a response after several email attempts. Thanks for checking up on this.”

Thanks for all the advice! I’ve drafted an email to send tomorrow if I still don’t have a response from her. Hopefully everything will be resolved in time.
