What to put down for community service?

<p>on the application for UC's, it asks you to list how many hours a week and how many weeks a year you participated in the community service organization.
but what if u didn't participate on a regular basis?</p>

<p>like if i did 20 hours one month, then did nothing for 3 months, then did like 10 hours a week then stopped again?</p>

<p>also, do you need to provide evidence that you did the correct total number of community service hours?</p>
