So far I have seen two different types of shower shoes, flip flops and sandals with holes in them. Do the sandals with holes in them really make a difference, or should I just stick with a basic flip flop?
A cheap pair of flip flops is your best bet. They’re easier to just slide on and off.
Buy the cheapest pair of flip-flops you can find and replace them every year. They don’t need holes in them or anything, and the cheap ones are made of rubber that dries really fast so they don’t mildew.
One different type for each foot
My kids have the flip flop with holes in them and they are great. Water dries out quickly. We got them on Amazon and they lasted entire school year.
I have flips flops with holes in them. highly recommend. They dry very fast and do not get worn down like regular flip flops will. They are better than other types (I’ve seen people wear crocs) that hold some water in during the shower. They are easy to get on/off and durable.
Madalorian- I like your thinking haha.
I think I’m going to get flip flops with holes in them and replace them every year. Do you guys recommend spraying them with Lysol every week or should I clean them a different way?
I don’t ever clean mine because they’re just flip flops. Maybe spraying them is a good idea because they have holes in them.
This is definitely not something that requires a ton of thought $1 flip flops will be just fine. So are shoes with holes. Just buy whatever’s affordable and convenient. You can always replace them if you change your mind (and you will need to replace them frequently anyway - at least once a year, but potentially more often.)
