What UC's have sent emails saying they have your app?

i haven't gotten anything from UCSD yet (But that might be because i live in MA)
anyways, you can create your account online without whatever they sent you
just use your UC ID and create a password
like i can see that they have my scores etc

Everything except UCLA so far

ok i used my uc app id to create a login at ucsd. it worked great.

then i tried login in but it says its not validated. ***. i resetted my password several times and still no avail.

i dont know whats going on anymore.

still nothing from ucla.

what's taking so long? :(

does all the UC reveal the decision online or by mail?

All UC's reveal admission decisions online. From what I remember the order of admission decisions is: UCI, UCD, UCSB, UCLA, UCSD, Cal. If you are accepted, you'll also get a nice letter in the mail with a stereotypical patronizing letter on high quality paper. If you do not get accepted, you get the small pity letter on regular printer paper. I think UCI or UCD had the crappiest acceptance letter. UCSD's wasn't much better, but at least it was on a piece of paper that was 25% cotton as opposed to 100% recycled crap.

By the way, Berkeley does not send out rejection letters. If you don't make it, you don't get anything in the mail from Berkeley.

^^^ lol, that many people get rejected from UCB? :(

At least I'll know not to expect anything from them.

received email from ucsb and ucb....recieved snailmail from UCLA..nothing from UCSD

application submitted nov 28th...letters recieved early dec i think

oops just checked..berkly came on jan 17

wow lol this wait is making me crazy..now that i chewckd i dont think i got any confirmation from ucla either

ucsd came today and i got some random letter saying campuses i didnt apply to can still contact me and offer admiossion

my daughter got that letter about other campuses yesterday.

I received the same generic UC letter yesterday too about other campuses. Except that I applied to all of them except one, so I guess it doesn't really matter.

emails from UCB (this month) and UCI (a while ago, probably last year?), snail mail from UCSD a couple of days ago, and nothing from UCLA

UCLA is cruel.. doesn't sound like people got much from there.

UCLA --> nada
UCSD --> received a broshure today with my UCSD ID to verify info online
UCI --> nada
UCSB --> none

I've got everything except for LA. :(

Last year on February 7th, UCSD's Jacobs School of Engineering sent out emails introducing the school. It started out with, "Dear XXX, We're excited that you have applied for Fall 2006 admission to the Jacobs School of Engineering at the University of California, San Diego! As a top applicant to the university, we know you'd like to know a little more about our school."

Over the course of the next 3 months, UCSD's Jacob School of Engineering kept hitting me with emails like this one. Needless to say, I got in (BioE with Regent's). I'm not sure if these emails are hints or not, but just a heads-up for you Fall 2007 applicants.

Oh man, I was so nervous yesterday. I went to get the mail, and I see this letter and I just look at the address and it says its from Irvine. I immediately thought it was from UCI (I know it's not admissions or anything, but wishful thinking I guess) and opened it right away. Turns out, it was from some random credit card company, and had my Dads name on it, not mine, haha.

Are the email hints? San Diego's been emailing & mailing me ...

I received an online confirmation thing from UCI...

I'm pretty sure all the emails from the UCSD Chancellor or whoever are sent to everyone with a TritonLink thing. Unless you got other ones?
