<p>Rice is 4th college saying my recommendations and school reports are not sent. </p>
<p>more than 100 dollars for each schools, </p>
<p>It's truely annoying to spend those money for delivery fee. </p>
<p>Do other people send through fax in situation like this???</p>
<p>The other probelm is that I only have 3 other copies of them in enclosed envelops with my teachers signs on them. </p>
<p>If I fax them to schools, I have to open it. ah I don't know why many schools lost them.</p>

<p>because I waive my right to access in the papers ! colleges doesn't matter in this situation??</p>

<p>Tough Cookie, I would ask your guidance counselor to fax them, rather than open the letters and fax them yourself.</p>
