My uncle has one, but his is fully loaded. Why do you think it's not worth it? What do you think is the best luxury car for $50,000?

98 Ford Windstar(minivan).. hell yea lol.

To me, right now, i don't give a crap what I drive as long as I'm driving something. Those who drive expensive cars as 17-18-even 19 year olds tend to probably be high maintenance.

then again, i won't be driving my freshman yr. in college so it doesn't matter much anyways.

Infiniti G35x
Nissan 350z
Infiniti M45
Infiniti FX
Lexus GS, IS, ES, RX

I could go on....

350Z is much less than 50,000. My dad has been working for Nissan for a long time, and I've been in a few before. The Infiniti's are just Nissan chassis's and engines, with a few different trim options, and some interior options. Oh and the Infiniti's have a 10,000 higher price tag.

an h3, once again a great gas mileage car.

Haaha guapocarlos if you are soo concerned about the price of gas take the bus!

He isnt concerned at all, people just like to automatically associate the words Hummer with Gas-Guzzler, which isnt always true, at least not for the h3s.

H3 Represent :)

Benzes arent exactly the best made cars of all time. A nice car doesnt always translate to safe/damage proof.

No it doesn't - the price of a car does tend to have a direct relation to the price of repairs ;) Benz, Audi, Volvo, BMW, VW... better hope you don't break much, cause it'll cost you to get those parts from Germany/Sweden.
Benz's quality has been lagging a lot since the late 90's. They've gone from first in customer satisfaction in like '96 to sixth from last in '05. Thats what they get for selling out to Chrysler haha.
BMW FTW! :)

1997 chevy malibu

2002 S500 Mercedes Benz
Color: Black
Interior: Leather
Sunroof: Yes
VIP Package: Included

1999 Toyota Camry

Yeah, I know. For the record, my dad's A6 has had ZERO problems, and same for his previous A6.

i was going to buy an x5 theyre really nice but i liked the 330i better. my dad has a 760Li and my mom has an E55 AMG and we have an escalade ESV. we used to have a hummer. theyre gas mileage isnt that bad. we had an H2. only the H1 has really really bad gas mileage. dont buy it

You sound like a completely typical snob. You werent going to buy anything, your parents were.

thats true my parents were but it was my choice of what i was going to ask them to buy. i pay for gas though. but i started off with a really crappy car so im not really that snobby.

thats true my parents were but it was my choice of what i was going to ask them to buy.

My point.

Not that i'm in the clear, I got a $30K car for my first car, but compared to some of these atypical teens with cars more expensive than my dads, it's not a big deal. But IMO, no teen should get a brand new Benz, BMW, Lexus, etc. for a first car.

Whats wrong with having a nice first car?

i actually had a limit though. but i see your point that most teens dont get brand new benz or whatever.

No kid should have what you have. That's just bad parenting.

Most dont, but many do. It's a stupid thing.

How is it bad parenting? Heres a metro card son... I think thats bad parenting.
