My plans haven’t changed all that much in 9 years. I want to be an elementary teacher,I have since first grade. I wanted to live at home until I get married. Now I can see myself living at home after college.
3rd grade: I wanted to become a chef and show off my toque to everyone and yell at people like Gordon Ramsay does in Hell’s Kitchen.
Now: I want to become a neurobiologist and study mental illnesses and find causes of and cures for them. I also want to become an author, ha!
In 3rd grade, I wanted to be a 2nd grade teacher. I thought that I wouldnt be able to teach 3rd or 4th grade, because I was only in 3rd grade at that time and didnt know the material well enough to teach 3rd/ 4th grade. I also wanted to be a tooth fairy; I actually found out that the tooth fairy doesnt exist when I was in like 4th grade…
Now, Im not completely sure! I want to be a middle or high school math teacher, or work in education research.
In third grade I wanted to win Survivor, work as an engineer(my dad’s one), and be a famous author in my free time. I also wanted to live alone with cats in my own NY apartment. lol.
Now I want to be a bioinformatician, though I keep changing my mind.

In third grade I wanted to either be a singer, actress, or vetrinarian.
Now, I want to be some kind of physicist. In middle school and high school I wanted to be a psychologist, so a physicist would have surprised myself until maybe three or four years ago.
Third grade: I wanted to be an author, fashion designer, marine biologist (because I thought all I would do was swim with dolphins), or a pastry chef.
Now (11th): I’ll probably go into accounting, work at a big 4 firm for a couple of years (hopefully), marry, have 2/3 kids, and possibly work in a field other than accounting when my kids are older.
I wanted to be a fireman. I have no clue why I wanted to do that, but I definitely did.
Now I want to be a chemist.
3rd grade: Didn’t take this grade due to schooling overseas, but details…
Anyway, I’m sure becoming a spy/astronaut was in there somewhere. Along with becoming president.
Now (12th grade): Mech.? Engineering. Get Masters, maybe PhD? Get married around 26-28 and have 2-3 kids. Maybe get a high power job and be one of those parents who are there for their children when needed, but lets them do whatever they want (within reason, of course).
