^Lol, the Children’s Place thing is hilarious!

BTW, I’d have thought that the English thing would be so 3rd grade

@Apollo11: Why, thank you curtsies. I try. LOL, 3rd grade, pshhh.

Unfortunately, the increase of maturity during these 7 years hasn’t been very large. For example, I still watch spongebob reruns that I’ve seen a gazillon times. I still fall over laughing.

Well, apparently Spongebob Squarepants is popular, according to Nick, because it appeals to demographics of all ages.

Including the 50+ crowd.

I guess there are subtle things in each episode that makes it easy for adults to watch it [considering that it is a children’s show/cartoon]

I’m guessing that explains My Little Pony…Err, not that I watch it or anything >.>

LOL jokes, I don’t. Just out of curiosity, anyone here watch Young Justice?

3rd grade: I wanted to be a policeman because of the donuts. I loved donuts soooo much…
Now: Computer science major. Maybe engineer or business minor. I’m kinda hoping to become an entrepreneur, but I’ll see…

1.Rapper
2.Pro athlete

I’m older than you and I say you can be mature and love both. Not that I’m trying to reaffirm my own maturity or anything… cough
(◔ ‿ ◔)

3rd grade: I know a lot of people said astronaut, but I was seriously in love with that. I even designed my own hovercraft that would run on Saturn out of old CDs. And I had a space almanac that I read cover to cover at least 1,000 times. (Not even an exaggeration). Also, I was obsessed with fixing global warming. I read a LOT of books.

Now: Not much has changed, since 8 years later I am thinking up mars rover designs… But I am a lot more realistic! Want to study physics, and research at NASA Ames center. And I have my own environment blog, and am an avid activist and advocate for clean energy.

I wanted to be a writer. Now though I’ve lost faith in it after Twilight and 50 Shades of Grey.

I wanted to be a pilot. But then i when I grew up I knew that I wont make it bcause im too short

I can’t remember much, but:
3rd Grade:
Go to Brown. (I thought it was in NYC).
Become a veterinarian.
Live in NYC in a mansion. (The closest thing to that in Manhattan is a penthouse that I’d never be able to afford).
Now (Senior):
Go to Montclair, & after two years, transfer to a college in California. (Unless I win the lottery, I’ll head there now!)
Live in Los Angeles.
Get a MSW, become a social worker.
Travel.
Get married, have 4/5 kids.
Based on my diary entries from the 3rd grade
My Goals In 3rd Grade:
Become a engineer at a smart person college.
Invent something everyone wants.
Get lots of money.
And use all the money I’d make to buy
Australia XD
To make a big house with a HUGE TV to play games on.
I also wanted a panda named Cheetos.
I had very ambitious goals.
Now, I want to do something in lab research, journalism, and art.
And make enough to get a decent apartment, after going to a state school.
And as far as taking over Australia
Well, we’ll see in 10-15 years…
I love this!
3rd grade: I really wanted to become a marine biologist and most likely help endangered sea turtles because I LOVED sea turtles for some odd reason.
Now: Go through pre-med, med school, and residency at a good school, work at a big hospital, eventually marry another doctor (so we see each other at work and he will get me working long hours), and maybe have kids.
3rd grade: I wanted to be a cartoonist and make comics like Garfield.
Now: I want to become a computer engineer and hopefully work for one of those big computer companies like Google or Microsoft.
3rd grade: Be a scientist, live in a beverly hills mansion, only eat in-n-out, have lots of toys, have lots of kids when I’m young so I can be a “cool mom”.
Now: Become a surgeon. Live in an apartment (I HATE huge homes now! I want a cute little apartment.) Have one or two kids at a later age. I kind of want to live in NYC. (now we need a post of what I wanted in high school vs. what I actually have now LOL)
3rd grade: I wanted to go to Princeton and become a writer. I also wanted to live in Maine and have five kids. My unrealistic dream was to be the first girl to play in the nfl.
Now (11th): I realized I’m definitely not ivy material. I want to be an occupational therapist and live far, far away from Maine (I hate the cold). My dream would be to live in southern Cali. I still want kids but I don’t think I could handle five lol. I still absolutely love football but have realized that watching it is a whole lot better than playing it.
In 3rd grade, I wanted to go to Vtech and become a vet.
Now, I’m majoring in math and CS and plan to go to graduate school, maybe even PhD. I want to go into to cryptography or cryptanalysis, maybe computer forensics, and get a job with some Department of Defense, Homeland, or other law enforcement or intelligence agency (FBI, NSA, CIA, etc).
I think it was something Math Related, Now I hate math with a passion and want to do something in History/Politics
In third grade ,I wanted to be a singer/actor and appear on Disney Channel :-? then in the middle of the year I wanted to be the President of the USA and help immigrants not get deported. I didnt really think about college and majors, I didnt know HYPSM existed or what they were until 8th grade… :-"
I thought of Donald Trump when I read this…
