<p>Not in love with my current school (Wake Forest) and am looking at transferring after my sophomore year to JHU. </p>
<p>I had a 3.8 UW (4.7W) GPA in high school as well as a 2120 SAT.
Thing is, I have no idea what it will take for me to transfer from Wake. What kind of GPA do I need, what extracurriculars should I be doing etc.?</p>
<p>I should be transferring as an English major (w/premed) and have already joined the newspaper and the writing club and am doing some volunteering on the weekends. Next year I will be serving as an EMT for our campus police and will be doing research.</p>
<p>What else can I do, though? I have a solid "hook" for why I want to transfer, but I wanna know what things they look for in transfers.</p>
