Let's say you get accepted to your desired Boarding School...
butttttttttt
they ask you to repeat a grade? Would you still accept?

That’s tough. Could you give me another alternative so I could choose between the two?

I would repeat…
but only because I skipped 6th grade, so it’s not that big of a deal and I’ll actually be with people my own age. :P

definitely not unless is free…

unique6 - an alternative would be that you are in a grade lower than you applied to. but you are taking some classes that are the level that you applied to.

I would because you would still be taking the level of math and science you should be in, and you history is at most boarding schools different then at public school, and English is completely different depending on the class and teacher. You would have a leg up in sports too!

I would. It might even be better for me, more time to add good EC that I can’t do hear, community service and other stuff good for a college app. Plus I’m international so more time to adapt.

Personally, I wouldn’t. I have a hard enough time relating to kids my own age anyways (or most of them anyways) so I wouldn’t want to add fuel to the fire.

I’m applying as a repeat 10th grader so of course the answer is yes!
