I’m taking 4 AP exams in May, and I’ll have about a month after my upcoming ACT to study for all of these. For AP United States History, I’ve heard a bazillion times that AMSCO’s book is by far the best for the exam. However, I’ve also heard that it is a better book as a supplement to a textbook throughout the year. Hearing this, I’m skeptical about using this guide.
In my situation, since I just need a good review to brush up on things I’ve forgotten over the year, would Princeton Review’s book be better?

Wow 4 AP courses in a year? Kudos to you my man. It ultimately comes down to your ability in APUSH. Have you been doing well on the quizzes/tests? If so, I would purchase the REA Crash Course book and read it completely. During that process, if you forgotten something, take a look in the AMSCO book. Good luck to you.
