So, I'm kind of worried / considering not taking SAT II's. Cause only two of my ten schools I'm applying to require it (and plus, my SAT score is goign to get sent which is um..not nearly as good as my ACT). Even though I got a 4 on my AP exam for Bio..I'm getting like a 570ish right now and I'm hoping for 700+. Bought a Kaplan book, starting to work through it. I'm in AP Calc at the moment, and I took a practice test for SAT Math IIc and only got yet...another 540. That was with the Barron's book. So I'm considering taking the SAT Math Ic instead cause I'm probably going to score little higher. Should I switch my SAT IIc to Ic or just work through that Barron's book for IIc. So what I'm wondering basically, if I work through these books before Nov 4th do you think it's reasonable to be able to get 700+. And if not...what do you think I'll be able to get. Basically, how much does working through those practice books actually help? Thinking about just giving up and not applying to the two schools that require SAT II's :/

BUMP it up :/

Do one of the Sparknotes free tests. The Barrons ones are INSANE. I got like in the 500's on them and got a 760 on the real test. Take Sparknotes test, it is so much more like the real test. I hated Barron's because it was unnecessarily hard and so disorganized. PR was much better IMO.
