what's happening for Prop 8?

<p>last time I checked, "yes" is leading "no" by about 6%, despite the fact that it shares the same ballot paper that elected Obama president. it just shows how diverse the electorate is, i guess.</p>

It appears it shall pass.

Although it is unresolved whether it is an amendment or revision, that only concerns * which * authority could have put it on the ballot, and may be of little consequence.
The wordings of the Ruling and Proposition 8 may provide some sort of loop hole, but for now it seems the surest relief is a 2010/2012 reverse proposition, as reports say that the younger generation disliked 8, and it is clear it will take a while to get funds to combat the LDS.</p>
