Up until now I was pretty dead-set on applying to only southern schools but recently I’ve tried to get more informed on some more northern schools. All i know is the basics of Indiana University like admission rates, and cost but can someone please tell me what this school is like? Socially, what people tend to be like, school spirt, etc.
My friend went to visit with her son right before May 1st. We toured a lot of campuses together, including Wash U and Rice( so she knows a standout campus when she sees one), and she said that IU was absolutely gorgeous. The kids that go from our high school tend to really like it and I think it is known for a lot of school spirit. The undergraduate business program is excellent so if you can’t get in direct admit, I heard it is not that difficult to transfer into it. Okay, so now the silly part of my answer-- I actually was sad when we stopped getting information from them because their literature always brightened my mailbox. And they sent my daughter a fabulous scarf! It was just happy mail instead of the usual bills. Good luck!
