What's so great about a TI-89?

Werd to Taggart, anyone with half a care for mathematics knows the Nspire /CAS is where it's at! ;)

I love my TI-83+, but we're required to have 89s for calculus and everyone seems to love them...ordered a brand new titanium one off ebay a few days ago for $100, yay!

How does the TI84+ compare to those?

TI84+ is pretty much the same as 83+, just more processing speed/memory and a few more options, I think...

Ti-89 is awesome for calc. With good programs it'll easy do the entire BC curriculum... you'll need to know how to do it by hand for the AP, but it'll save you time.

voyage is awesome, too. It looks better, is faster than ti-92 (which gets important if you have to work with fourier analysis or any numerical stuff).

also, it's grand for some last minute "study aids" :-)
I always write little programs to help me with specific problems ..
and you can play TETRIS!!!

TI89 is so much smaller, you can't type good with it.. Don't like it, but the graph-function (you have that with any graphic TI) is grand , and my father, who is a college professor, loves it..
