<p>I'm transferring to IU this fall as a sophomore, and I was wondering which neighborhood/which dorm would be best to live in. Apartments would also do. I'm pretty outgoing and like partying, but also take studying seriously. Is there any housing place that is better for transfer students to meet people?</p>
