I sometimes get brain messed after 3 sections and feel like I can't keep going

How should I solve this problem? or whats the best way to deal with the 3 1/2 hours?

I find that taking a short jog helps. If you get all sweaty, just take a short shower.

I took a short jog one morning before I took a SAT and I owned it :). I think the jog enhanced my blood circulation.

There was a study I read that increased activity from Cardio makes you more focused, but that is probably due to blood circulating more through the brain.

o Dang… I was just thinking ( little nervous) because in 30 min i’ll be taking to test so…

Try stretching.

[8 MINUTE STRETCH](<a href=“8 Minute Stretch - YouTube”>8 Minute Stretch - YouTube)

^ Do you get caught up after a few sections?

I didn’t know that there were tests in August.

^yeah there aren’t
Its just a practice one

I heard pinching yourself works. It destress (I don’t think destress is a word) you or something

wow though I think its something to do with a person mentally…

Maybe you should try Red Bull and see if that helps your mind focus more. I’ve heard it doesn’t work for anyone though, and its much better to try something like that on a practice test than the real thing.

CAFFAIENE(cant spell it)
Before the exam with 3 hours, I drink a BIG GLASS of coffee.
BEWARE:dont use this method 2 days in a row,or you might end up in hospital.
