whats the difference??

sorry if this has been posted before. i got accepted in to rutgers NB, it seems that RU is composed of several individual colleges, whats the difference between the different colleges? mainly the differences between Livingston, Rutgers, University college.

There won't be a difference pretty soon but as far as it goes, Rutgers is the main college that basically everything goes into unless you are specialized for a certain subject. Case in point being Cook usually has any environmental related majors. University College is just the college that transfers first go into and also the extended learning people. Livingston, I have no idea what is different about that other than they live on Livingston, and I wouldn't want to live on Livingston.

thanks for the quick reply, the whole thing about rutgers being divided into NB, Camden, Newark.. then each campus is further divided into seperate colleges was really confusing me. i guess as a transfer i should apply to attend the University College for now.
