Only ten pages, comparing a certain aspect of Fahrenheit 451, The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, and The Catcher in the Rye. I look forward to my 30 page paper in AP English next year.

Yeah, 20 page research paper for English on the secret societies like the Freemasons and Illuminati and their origins...
It was really cool researching it actually, and it was in the year the Da Vinci Code came out as a movie, so there was all this hype for it. It took me so long, but I feel like I learned some really interesting stuff. I got the highest grade. It's like my crowning achievement to date.../longest thing I've written to date.

haha lunaryears..I totally printed it at my school library. Librarians=servants of satan

I think like 12ish. I'm working on my senior project now, though, which will have to be 25 pages, but that shouldn't be too difficult. It's on the history of the separation of church and state in the United States, so there's a ton to write about.

"Students hate writing essays and teachers hate grading them. Why write sth in words when we can communicate in sign language, braille, numbers, graphs, or anything that doesn't have to do with lots and lots of words?" - English teacher, I'm not kidding.

I've never had a specific range of pages to write but my longest I think was 5 pages, single spaced, size 10 font about Brutus's speech in Julius Caesar. I actually enjoyed writing that essay.

A 13 pages historiography for APUSH on Japanese American Internment during WWII. But we ended up cutting it down to 10 pages because of the length requirement.

...Why did you necro a thread that's about 6 months old? Do the people on here seriously not get the concept of necroing and go to page 40 or something to post?

Just so I'm not completely irrelevant, and seeing as this will probably stay here a couple hours at the very least now, mine was 5 pages double spaced...never went to the upper grades yet.

28 pages in 11-font on nuclear centrals back in 8th grade... we were making a website and I think I got a little too enthusiastic on the subject... :) Else, all the other long papers I wrote were in Bio.
