HAHA, reviving the DEAD!

You guys are so insane! The longest I've written was an 1000-word research paper. 4 pages double spaced. Now I feel super inadequate.

6 Pages, single spaced. It is not that bad, but it was on a small topic.

3 6-page papers (1 in 8th grade, 1 in 11th, 1 at JHU pre-college; all history related)

1 8-page AP Bio lab write-up -_-

35 pages, somewhat of a research/"prove a point" paper, for my Latin class.. it was about naumachiae in the Colosseum. ehh. It was a good topic though, and I had enough stuff to argue what I wanted to argue.

8 pages double spaced for comp. 112.
*in bombed the essay. i was studying for my calc and chem II finals instead of polishing it. it took my 94% to an 89.44% (yeah, that's right, a B... *)

14 pages...an essay for APUSH comparing "social and political aspects, changes, and continuity" from Fast Food Nation and The Jungle.
the worst part was reading the books..

10 pages last year for a robotics research project.

Fortunately, I've had a lot of teachers that don't like reading too much BS, so nothing has really exceeded 3 pages.

maybe 5 pages
cant really remember
i hate writing and man college is so gonna kill me -_-

7 pages on a recurring theme in the works of Tennessee Williams - and it was probably the longest anyone turned in.

11 pages on "Violence and conflict in Romeo and Juliet". (I got an A+ - so worth it!) And it was one of the short ones. One of my friends handed in a 21 page essay. Yuck.

10 pages for a ridiculous Chinese "research" paper. =___=
Or something more legit, a 6-page lit analysis, one of by best essays but sadly written in freshman year (my writing has totally degraded since then).

Lets do word count, since everyone types.

Mine was 6800 words, or 18 pages double spaced, on the factors leading to the Cold War from the inception of the USSR. (Basically a look at the history of the USSR and US relations from 1918-1948). Laughably enough, it was not for APUSH.

My R&J essay was 7,928 words. Phew. I single spaced it because I thought my teacher might have a meltdown when confronted by 22 pages. My friend's 21 page essay was also single spaced. o_O

20 pages sophomore year (I'm going to be a junior), in APUSH about the political theory behind the declaration of independence.

102 page paper in freshman bio, although it's a bit skewed because a couple of pages were dedicated to full pictures.

Other than, I would have to say my science papers, which are around 20 pages.

12 pages on the OUTER SPACE TREATY!!!!!!! WHOO!!!!!!!!!!

8 pages double space about the use of water in Africa. Took me forever to get there since I was already out of stuff to write about by page 4.

Usually I just write 2-3 pages. I'm amazed by the people who wrote 100+ pages. Assuming it wasn't complete BS (like mine), you guys should publish it.

Do you think teachers actually READ the 100 pages paper? They would have close to 2000 pages to read per class!

15 pages, double spaced, on Irish kings duties and roles in Celtic mythology. It's the most fun I've ever had on an assignment.

Wow. Our teachers always set a max. number of pages. Maybe because our classes are so huge and we'd never get them back.

My longest paper so far was a research paper I did in my sophomore year. 9 pages on the state of the American newspaper.

My Extended Essay for IB that I should be writing right now will top that.
