<p>This is an award. If at your school the honor society also does community service projects, you could include those activities under clubs or community service. I suggest that you go ahead and use the wording on the certificate that you got at your induction ceremony. If the school cares about the honor, they will be able to read the Spanish. If the school doesn't care, it won't matter.</p>
