What's typically included on an early action transcript?

I go to a school that operates on a quarter system and first quarter grades become available in mid-November. Considering this, would colleges that I apply to early action see these grades BEFORE they give an admissions decision?

Depends on college. Some with Nov 1 EA application deadlines actually request that mid-first semester grades be provided and in your case that would be first quarter grades. Some others might actually request them from particular applicants after you have applied. Others just use grades through junior year…
