What's your ACT score vs. SAT score?

Never taken the real SAT but on my practice tests I got 1900-2000 and on my two ACTs I've taken I've gotten a 33 and a 35. ACT has a HUGE advantage for me

SAT: 2030
ACT: 31

Not much of a difference there...

10th grade PSAT: 164 - (didn't study once)
11th grade PSAT: 178 - (didn't study once... still... a year later)
I started prepping right after the 11th grade PSAT.
February ACT - 29 (studied a lot)
April ACT - 34 (I seriously didn't study once between February and April.. I was expecting a 30 or a 31 after the test and somehow I did very well. I didn't even do 1 practice test between the two ACT test dates.)
SAT - I never ended up taking it because my second ACT grade was so good... but my estimate is a... 1900? idk
I do A LOT better on the ACT than on the SAT... I don't know why.
I do TERRIBLY on the Critical Reading section of the SAT... which is why I do so poorly.

Here it is:
2040 v. 33

I don't understand it at all. Here's my percentile breakdown:
CR/R - 95% v. 98%
M - 88% v. 99%
W/E - 94% v. 99%
S - X v. 95%
Total - 94% v. 99%

The only one I can really give any kind of explanation for is the Reading section, because the ACT has no vocabulary and I kinda suck at vocabulary. The other stuff just doesn't make sense. Maybe my brain just processes information easier one subject at a time like in the ACT instead of alternating miniblocks like in the SAT.

Colleges aren't going to look at my SAT score and be like, "Oh wow, 5% difference? He must have just gotten lucky on the ACT." or something, right? (Because a part of me isn't convinced I got my ACT score without a lot of luck.)

ACT: 34 composite: 32 english, 33 reading, 34 math, 35 science
SAT: 2340 composite: 750/12 writing, 800 reading, 790 math
so SAT is = a 35 ACT, but I prepped for SAT and not for ACT...

2190 (sat) vs. 30 (ACT)

I had a real bad test day for the ACT, so I am thinking about retaking it. However, is it really necessary with my SAT scores?

1910 (SAT) v.s. 27/25 (ACT)

SAT ftw (but barely).

2050 sat, 33 act
which one has the edge? i dont really know what a 33 is like.

there's a conversion chart on the wikipedia entry for "ACT." 33 on the ACT = 2190 on the SAT

It says on some charts that a 32 is 2160-2200...

Is that true, or is it more of 2130?

SAT-1930 v. ACT- 30

SAT: 2260
ACT: 33
I have no idea which is better...
retaking the SAT. already redid the ACT

SAT-1910
ACT-29

Dunno how they correspond.

Here's Princeton Review's conversion chart:

How SAT and ACT Scores Compare | The Princeton Review

SAT: 2130 vs. ACT: 34.

My ACT score is waaay better. :(

SAT: 1880
ACT: 30

so i'm hoping to at least bump up the SAT in the fall to the point where they're equal...

34 v. 2200. They're pretty comparable.

34 vs. 2030... one is definitely better...
this week has been good... found out got 750+ on two sat subject tests as well....

1800 vs. 28

2350 vs. 35
