When a school requires two subject tests, but I took three..

If a school requires two subject tests, but I took three, is it okay if I only send in my two best subject tests?

For example, I took US History, Math II, and Chem, but I only want to send in Math II and Chem. Is this acceptable?

Any help is appreciated…

Depends on college. Some colleges require you to send all scores including all SAT II scores (example: Yale); with others you can choose which to send (example: Harvard).

For the vast majority of school, sending your highest two SAT Subject Matter tests is fine. There are a few schools that require you to submit all tests taken. You will have to look at the individual school’s website.

To add on to what others said, even if the school requires you to send all SAT scores, they will usually look at the top two. I’ll use my dream school, Columbia, as an example:

Requires 2 SAT Subject Tests
ALL SAT SCORES MUST BE SUBMITTED
The top two SAT Subject Tests are considered.

I don’t know if they look at your third or not, but it won’t hurt you that’s for sure.
