<p>do you pay the fees at the start of the term or at the end of the term? and is there such a thing as "installment" payment? someone told me there is, and there's "discount" for lump sum payments.</p>

<p>Your account has to be settled up by Sept. 30th I believe. If you don't pay, they don't throw you out or anything, you just can't register for classes, get grades, check things out of the library etc.</p>
