When did you pull your first all-nighter?

My unofficial first was in 7th grade, with a science project, but I don't really count that because my dad stayed up all night and helped me. And I slept in the next morning, didn't go to school till like third period.
Now I'm a high school sophomore. My real first was a couple of weeks ago (with AP World History notes), and strangely, it was fine. I didn't drink any coffee or Red Bulls or anything, just kept CNN on and worked. And that day I was more alert than ever in school. Didn't even take a nap when I got home. It's really odd...

Never, actually. I can't remember any time when I went to sleep later than, oh, 1ish, for school or otherwise (the 1ish was for some new years party that I was at, lol, and for my school's silly retreat lectures).

Never done an all nighter while studying. I've done two before that wern't related to studying.

i never have, strangely
ive stayed up until 5 a coupla times (I wake up at 6)
but never ALL night

I did once on vacation, but that was because of flight schedules. It was during the summer and involved six time zones, so that's not really school-related. I was up for about 26 hours, and there was daylight for all but four of those.

Hmm.... probably about 8th or 9th grade. But it wasn't school related, I just stayed up playing Xbox with my cousins all night during Christmas break. The latest I've stayed up for studying was probably about 2 or 2:30 last year (11th grade) for a 10 page term paper.

I've never done an all nighter. I value my sleep. The closest I've gotten is 4am =O

ive been up all night before but it didn't relate to homework

the latest i've stayed up would be about 4 o clock....even then i went to school late.

I too value my sleep. I never pulled an all nighter, is it fun? The lastest I stayed up wasin 8th grade with my Rube Goldberg Science fair project where I worked up to 12pm and waked up at 4:30 to finish.

never school related. I would rather not go to school the next day or do hw in school than stay up all night. however, i have pulled a lot of all-nighters when going home to ukraine - time difference is 10 hours)

never. but i've skipped school to get work done.

never...latest i've gone to bed for school stuff is about 1 (I get up at 7).

if it's college or unrelated reality shows or books on a night before school, I'll stay up until 2-3.

Never, closest I've gotten to is 4:30 am.

junior year.. i just wasted time until like 5 am and then did my essay from 5 to 8 am and came late to school...

now i do it each time i have a major paper due lol. it just gets harder and harder to start early ;P

During last summer, about 3 months ago at a camp with my friends playing poker for money.

And for those wondering (the majority of you), I'm sorry, but it wasn't strip, since there was a disproportionate amount of males anyways so it...

I average 9 hrs of sleep and dont think I have ever gotten less than 5. Sleep>HW

Well, at least on school nights anyways...

My first one was at Relay For Life (it's a fundraiser for a cure for cancer where you join a team, and you're supposed to switch off walking for 24 hours). It's a lot of fun when you do it with friends (and we did raise a lot of money).

Its actually pretty sad--- my first was probably sophomore year, but I probably did 5-7 last year (junior year), and have done a few this year as well.

I don't know- its just a lot easier to focus at night I guess. I always hate myself afterwards though...

I don't know about an all nighter, but I remember my senior year Calculus, I would start at 12:30 p.m. and practice problems till 2 a.m., then sleep till 5:30 a.m., wake up and go through the most important stuff once again before the exam.

I loved calc. I remember one time solving 100 integrals in just 5 hours.

I remember doing one or two in elementary school. My parents never really regulated my homework practices, so I'd often wait until the last minute to do a project. I still do, and I still ace them.

I guess my first real one was in 8th grade. I stayed up all night writing a paper and when I got to school, it wasn't even due that day. What a waste. I do them all the time now, it's no big.
