When do Cal CS transfers have to declare their majors?

<p>No, you can declare any time during the semester in which you are finishing all of your tech prerequisites. The sooner the better IMO, since you don’t want to place yourself on the waitlist, hoping to get into upper-division CS classes since they are restricted to declared EECS/CS students only.</p>
