I applied Early Action, but they never got my transcript (even though I re-sent it 3 times), and just confirmed it this week, finally. so I won't get a decision for another few weeks, anyone know when Clark and scholarship decisions are announced?

My son was told that he had received the Dean's Scholarship in the same letter as his acceptance. (He also applied to UO under Early Notification and heard back in mid-December.) However, we won't know the actual amount of the scholarship until late March.

The decision on his Honors College application was deferred. The letter basically said that it was because the number of early applicants to CHC was so small and they were waiting until they had a larger pool to see how his credentials stacked up. He' now supposed to hear about that in March too.

thanksfor answering! but I can still potentially be admitted for CHC/Deans even though I didn't end up EA, right? Was the CHC decision also in the letter?

ohh, ok, where is the scholarship app exactly? i thought if you wrote the essays and such for CHC you were automatically considered for those awards?

If you filled out the combined CHC/scholarship form as part of your general UO application and checked off on the front page that you wanted to be considered for both CHC and scholarships, that's all you need to do. You're done.

But if you filled out the separate CHC application form, then you need to fill out the separate scholarship form.

And all of the application forms are on-line. You can also print out a PDF version and mail it in.
